Rachel Marsiglio (Furman), MS, RD, CDE, CEDRD
Rachel was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. She attended Michigan State University where she graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Science with a major in dietetics.
After finishing her undergraduate degree, she moved to Texas, where she attended Texas A&M University-Kingsville. Here she completed her dietetic internship, while earning her Masters Degree in Human Science with a minor in counseling.
She then made the journey to Richmond, Virginia, where she began her career as a Registered Dietitian. Rachel has had the opportunity to work with all age groups of individuals with various types of medical conditions.
Rachel has many hobbies including teaching, making jewelry, and reading.
Rachel has two dogs, a chihuahua named Nacho and a yellow lab named Sophie Sue. She lives with her husband, Billy, a hero with the local fire department. Rachel and Billy also have a wonderful son, Bradley Sean.
